Spotted this on ebay: TMS INC CPU/RAM RevB Model: PL11013

Looks like they've got several bare boards. I'm not familiar with this 3rd party manufacturer. Any details on what this might be for?

It appears to be an OSI compatible CPU/RAM/ROM & I/O
