Synthophizer music synthesizer board for OSI on eBay??

Hi guys, anyone hear of this music synthesizer board for OSI computers before?

I don't recall hearing about it, but the pictures interested me.

I think the missing 24pin chip is a Votrax SC-02 phoneme generator.
Also present are two SN76489 complex sound generators, 3 LM386 audio amps, one for each sound source, a clock generator & glue logic. The only unknown is the crystal frequency (guessing perhaps colorburst?).

The 16pin sockets seem to match the OSI head end card interface.

I wonder what software was available for this?
