Old software titles for 65D

A 1985 issue of Peek(65) advertises two programs of interest:

1. Earth Command, a Missile Command knock-off that ran on C4/C8 systems with color and joystick functionality. Was sold by Millenium Software, Ontario, CA.

2. Quantitative Decision Making for C4/C8/C1 systems. Authored by a professor at GWU, Jim Owens. Sold by Ken Thurman of Bartlesville, OK.

Does anyone have a working copy/image of either?
