Just for completeness here is my Challenger III badge.
The badge itself is 51 mm high and 340 mm long.
The lettering is 11 mm high. The first letter is 14 mm from the left edge of the badge and 18 mm from the bottom of the badge.
The switch edge is 15 mm from the right edge of the badge.
