OSI 530 board score

Hi all,

I picked up an original model 530 dynamic ram board on ebay last week. I scored it for only $30 plus shipping which seemed super cheap, making it all that much more of an exciting acquisition. It does show it's age and will need some work to make it usable but that's fine with me, my love of vintage computers is all about the hardware tinkering. I plan on building up a system using Glitchworks boards and now that I have this board I will have some og mojo to help the system along. The crazy thing is the only image I have found on line of a 530 board (Marks OSI site) is of this same exact 530 board! Weird, right? Guess that means it's a bit on the rare side, maybe? Regardless I'm excited to finally have a piece of original, OSI hardware history :D

P.S.- Anyone know what the sticker with the name "Roy" and a date written on it is all about? Is that something that OSI put on their populated boards?

Thanks,
Alan

Nice find. The sticker is most likely from the factory inspection, documenting the date of inspection and name of the inspector.
